Ishtara Teaching
I started practicing a somatic healing technique with movement and music called Ishtara Body Alchemy in 2021. This technique was so helpful to me on so many levels that I felt compelled to share. I became a Licensed Ishtara© Teacher in 2023. This was unexpected. 🧡 Ishtara reconnected me to my body wisdom and cranked open my heart. I would love to share it with you if you are keen!
As a lot of us know, our body keeps the score. I believe the world needs us with our hearts and bodies at total capacity.

Because of the nature of this work and for safety reasons, all classes in Body Alchemy are mandatory. In unavoidable situations, make-up classes must be pre-arranged with me before the first class; exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

NEW PRICING MODEL for Body Alchemy and Body Trinity Classes:
A STRETCH SCALE: $400 - $800
To meet these precarious times and to make this work more accessible, I’m offering a new sliding scale.
Please read before you register:
What I have learned from personal experience is that when people stretch and invest, their body takes the cue and they go deeper. The return on investment is higher for them.
Stretch is a language the body understands. Your body will take you deeper, your experience will be more expansive, and your ‘return on investment’ will be richer.
If $400 is too stretchy/not accessible to you at this time, please reach out! My teacher worked with me when I was starting out, and I’m more than happy to do the same for you.
